WELCOME BACK BES TIGERS!!! We are so excited to welcome our students back tomorrow! Here are a few reminders to make sure we have a successful first day back.
1. Carline will begin at 7:45 and end at 8:10 am.
2. If your child is in grades 1 -4, parents are not able to walk the student to class. Students should either ride the bus or be dropped off in the carline. Do not park across the street and walk your child to the front door. This is not safe due the bus line being in the front of the school.
3. Kindergarten students who are coming for their testing day should not arrive until 8:30 and should enter through the Kindergarten doors.
4. All students are able to eat breakfast and lunch for free at BES! Breakfast opens at 7:45 and closes at 8:05.
5. Please make sure your child's teacher knows how your child will go home tomorrow. The best way to communicate with the teacher is to send them an email or message them on the BES App.
6. If you plan to pick your student up in afternoon carline you must have a PINK carline tag. You will need to come into the office before 2:45 to show your ID and get a tag.
7. Students must wear closed toe shoes and Crocs are not allowed.
8. We are asking all parents to put a change of clothes in your child's backpack in case of bathroom or mud/water accidents because the school will not be providing changes of clothes. If there is an accident and your child does not have a change of clothing at the school a parent/guardian will need to bring them up to the school.
9. Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle but the only allowed liquid is water. Please do not send Kool Aid or sweet tea in the bottles - water only.
10. If you need to drop medicine off for your child please come into the office tomorrow in order to complete the appropriate paperwork.
We are thankful and humbled that you entrust us with your child's education and care each day. We are looking forward to an amazing year of learning and laughter!!
