CMS 7th graders going on the New Orleans trip:
REMINDER: The second payment for the trip is due January 10th! This is the Friday that we return from the holiday break.

A few of our Cope Ambassadors and Jr. Beta club members went to help decorate fallen soldiers' tombs today in coordination with Wreaths Across America. Mrs. Friedlund and Mrs. Vance helped monitor even though the weather wasn't ideal! This was such a great way for our students to support those who gave it all for us! 🇺🇸

CMS Christmas Dance is tomorrow!

Update for Friday, Dec. 13: No jeans for tomorrow. Christmas sweaters/sweatshirts with uniform bottoms only. We are having technical difficulties pulling the report for PBIS reward. We will try again soon. Sorry for the inconvenience and late notice.

As the holiday break gets near, the Elf of the Shelf appeared on our Cope campus! Lots of Christmas characters joined in on the fun as well!

The CMS 6th grade field trip to the bowling alley was a hit! Our students LOVED experiencing Newton's Laws of Motion in action. It was a great time had by our students and staff.

CMS Christmas Dance is this Friday! Students may wear a Christmas sweater to the dance. Student who have had no office referrals or after school detention may wear jeans to school and to the dance if they qualify as part of our PBIs reward. Homeroom teachers will have a list of students who qualify for free jeans day reward for Friday. The list will be updated throughout the week, so students should ask on Thursday!

CMS girls interested in trying out for our softball team--mark your calendars! This tryout is after our holiday break!

A few of our Cope Ambassadors alongside sponsors, Mrs. Ennis and Mrs. Friedlund, took part in the Red Kettle Challenge this morning in the cold weather to support Bossier Parish in the Salvation Army drive. Thank you for representing our school with a smile during this holiday season!

Congrautlations to Mr. Randy Smith for winning a Calumet Stem Grant!

Lost and Found needs to be reclaimed! Do you see something that is yours?
