We are so thankful to have Deputy Guerrero, our SRO, as part of our school family. He talked to our PE classes about the importance of making good decisions and meeting expectations, social media concerns, and peer relations! Thank you, OG!

Cope Middle: First day of school for students is TOMORROW! Cell phones/ smart watches should be powered off and stored until 2:30 pm. Doors open- 7:05am. 6th and 7th grade report to the commons area until the first bell rings. 8th grade to the gym. We are looking forward to seeing you and having a GREAT day!

Bossier Schools has revised its cell phone policy in response to a new state law that restricts students from using cell phones and other electronic devices during the instructional day. Please note the following revisions: Cell phones must be turned off and stowed during instructional time, including from the time students get on/off the bus or in/out of a personal vehicle while on campus; Electronic communication devices, including but not limited to personal computers, laptops, electronic instruments, iPads, iPods, tablet devices, e-readers or similar devices, must be powered off and properly stowed for the duration of the school day. Each violation will result in the collection of the cell phone/electronic device. More information regarding disciplinary action can be found in school handbooks. *Please note the revised policy does not apply to students who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP)/Individualized Accommodation Plan (IAP), Section 504 plan or Individualized Health Plan that requires use of an electronic telecommunication device.

The Bossier Chamber of Commerce will be holding their annual 'Pack the Bus' school supply drive benefiting Bossier Schools. We hope you'll help out with this year's event! Come by the Wal-Mart Supercenter Thursday, August 1 from 11:30 to 1:30 and drop off much needed supplies to help our teachers fill the gaps in their classrooms.

Grades 3-8 LEAP Student Reports from Spring 2024 were emailed to the primary parent/guardian’s email address today. The email will include instructions for accessing your child’s score reports.
